Cal Poly's Graphic Communication (GrC) Career Day takes place every quarter during the academic year, allowing students a unique opportunity to network with employers.
This graphic communication-focused event allows students to discuss employment and related options with companies, and to interview with potential employers.
Career Day consists of a morning "exposition style" session, encouraging students to visit different company tables and ask questions about employment opportunities. This is a great way for students to introduce themselves and learn more about individual companies.
Interviews are conducted by employers in the afternoon, giving the selected students a chance to have a more personal conversation with recruiters and organizations.
Attending a career day is one of the best ways for students to promote themselves, maximize job placement potential, and begin to form lasting relationships with organizations.
